Ingredients

  • 8 large shrimp (prepped)
  • 0.25 pineapple
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash and pat the shrimp dry. Peel the pineapple, cut off the core, and slice the fruit into 8 bite‑size pieces. Thread one piece of pineapple and one shrimp onto small wooden skewers.

    Arrange in small bowls. Mix basil with oil and season with salt and pepper. Brush the skewers with the mixture and grill over high heat for 4–5 minutes until cooked.
