Shrimp Skewers with Melon

Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 small green chili pepper
- 0.5 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cantaloupe melon
- 1 honeydew melon
- 400 g large shrimp (pre-shell, except tail segment)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt
- white pepper

Wash and clean the strawberries, then dice them small. Rinse the chili, remove seeds and chop it finely. Peel and finely dice the onion. Combine the strawberries with the chili and onions. Stir in lime juice, olive oil, and basil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Halve each melon and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from the flesh. Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Alternate threading shrimp and melon balls onto skewers. Peel the garlic and press it into the olive oil. Stir in oregano, thyme, rosemary, a little salt, and pepper. Brush the skewers with the seasoned oil and grill, turning occasionally, for 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately with salsa.
