Shrimp Pepper Skewers from Grill

Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined, except for the tail segment)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- a pinch cumin
- a pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 Avocados
- white pepper
- 2 red bell peppers

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and grate two pieces with salt in a mortar until fine. Stir in oil, curry, cumin, cayenne, and a splash of lime juice. Toss the shrimp with the mixture and marinate covered for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile halve the avocados, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Puree the remaining garlic clove finely and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.

Wash, trim, and cut the bell peppers into pieces. Alternate threading shrimp and pepper onto wooden skewers and grill over high heat for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve the skewers with the avocado dip.
