Ingredients
- 12 peeled fresh shrimp tails
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 6 limes
Instructions

Cut the shrimp on the back side but do not cut through, removing the black vein from the flesh.

Quickly sauté the shrimp in hot olive oil in a saucepan or skillet for 2-3 minutes, lightly salt and pepper, then drizzle with lime juice.

Halve the limes, make a shallow cut at the top of each half, and skewer one shrimp onto each with a wooden stick.
