Ingredients
- 250 g cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g Sour cream
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g plain yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Sweet Paprika Powder

Wash the shrimp and pat dry. Set aside 3 shrimp for garnish and roughly chop the rest. Peel the garlic and press it into the shrimp. Mix together with sour cream, quark, and yogurt, then season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Fill a bowl, garnish with the remaining shrimp, sprinkle paprika on top, and serve with crackers.
