Ingredients
- 1 large iceberg lettuce leaf
- 12 small queen puff pastries (ready-made)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 10 ml cognac
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 200 g shrimp (pre-shell and cooked)
- 12 cocktail cherries
- dill sprigs
Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise with ketchup, cognac, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper, taste, then fold in the shrimp. Wash lettuce, pat dry and cut into fine strips.

Place lettuce strips into the puff pastries and spread the shrimp mayonnaise on top. Garnish each parcel with a cocktail cherry and a sprig of dill, then arrange on a plate.
