Mini Pâtés with Camembert and Walnuts

- 450 g puff pastry (1 pack; frozen, about 10 sheets)
- soft butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 450 g camembert
- 50 g chopped walnuts

Let the puff pastry thaw while lying side by side. Brush each of the five pastry sheets with a little soft butter, stack them and press lightly together. Using a small cutter cut out 45 equal circles in total. Place them on a baking sheet with some space between. Whisk egg yolk and milk; brush only the surface of each circle and sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (medium) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut the camembert into about 0.5 cm thick slices and cut circles the size of the pastry pieces. Remove the pastry pouches, split them hot across, fill with camembert, and place the top halves back on.
