Ingredients
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 Tomatoes
- 100 g mushrooms
- 150 g yogurt
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chives curls
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 300 g cooked shrimp (pre‑prepared)
- lime wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

Wash, trim and dice the celery. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds and finely dice. Clean and finely dice the mushrooms. Mix yogurt, sour cream and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then fold in chives and parsley.

Rinse shrimp under cold water, pat dry. Combine with diced celery, tomatoes and mushrooms, then stir in the sauce. Taste again, serve in glasses and garnish with lime wedges and chive tips.
