Ingredients
- 1 Spring onion
- 8 shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- soy sauce (with cayenne pepper)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions

Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onion. Chop the shrimp as well and mix with the egg white. Fold in the cornstarch, spring onion and garlic. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper and chill for about 30 minutes.

Shape into small balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
