Ingredients

  • 350 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 2 stalks leek
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g goat cheese (roll)
  • flour (for the work surface)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Let the puff pastry thaw. Preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heat. Wash, trim, and slice the leeks into thin rings. Beat the eggs with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the goat cheese into rounds. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2.

Brush the pastry with the sour cream mixture, leaving a 1 cm border, then sprinkle the leeks over it. Top with the cheese slices and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove, let cool briefly, cut into pieces, and garnish with thyme leaves before serving.
