Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 350 g plums
  • several cubes of sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Let the puff pastry thaw, roll it out and cut into circles. Wash, dry, halve the plums, remove pits and add a cube of sugar to each fruit piece.

    Brush the pastry with egg yolk, place one plum on each circle and bake at 175 °C for about 15 minutes. Remove, let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
