Ingredients
- Red shiso leaf syrup (Asian grocery store / delicatessen)
- 400 ml still mineral water
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 salad cucumber
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- Ice cubes
- dill (for garnish)
Instructions

Mix mineral water with lemon juice and 3 tbsp of syrup. Serve ice‑cold, preferably over ice cubes.

Peel the salad cucumber and use a juicer to extract its juice. Add the juice to a shaker with dill, a pinch of salt, pepper, and ice cubes. Shake well, strain into cocktail glasses, and garnish with dill.
