Ingredients

  • 300 g whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • 20 g yeast
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (40 ml)
  • 40 g tuna in its own juice
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 30 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g passata
  • 150 g turkey salami
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • Pepper
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. 1.

Mix flour with salt. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in 50 ml lukewarm water. Let rise for about 15 minutes. Then add oil and 200 ml water to the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

  2. 2.

Drain the tuna and break it into flakes. Wash the tomatoes, pat dry and slice them. Cut the ham into strips. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

  3. 3.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Knead the dough again, roll it out on a lightly floured surface, place it on the baking sheet and form a rim. Spread the passata over the dough.

  4. 4.

First spread the tuna lengthwise on the dough. Then add tomato slices and ham strips beside it, followed by salami slices and pepper strips. Finish with mushroom slices and onion rings. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the entire sheet pizza and season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan, gas: level 3) for about 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the sheet pizza with thyme leaves, cut into pieces and serve.
