Ingredients
- 400 g Greek sheep cheese (Feta)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Shallot
- 8 black olives (pitted)
- 4 pickled red peppers
- 1 pinch oregano
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cut the sheep cheese into 4 equal pieces and place each on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap it. Drizzle with olive oil.

Wash the tomatoes, slice thinly and arrange over the cheese.

Peel the shallot, cut into thin rings and lay atop the tomatoes. Halve the olives; place 4 olive halves and one pickled pepper on each cheese piece. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper, then drizzle remaining oil.

Fold the foil around the cheese pieces, seal tightly, place on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (medium) for about 15 minutes. Serve the sheep cheese wrapped in foil.
