Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 egg
- 500 g pork mince
- 50 g rice flour
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 finely chopped chili peppers
- lime wedge for garnish
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with ginger, coriander, and egg into the minced meat. Add enough rice flour until the mixture is firm enough to shape. Season with salt and pepper. Form about 16 small balls from the mixture and roll them in the remaining rice flour. Fry portions in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and coat with sesame seeds. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with chili.
