Sesame Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 150 g ketchup
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 12 lamb chops
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Stir in the honey, Worcestershire sauce, butter, ginger, coriander and ketchup. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove and add to the sauce. Bring to a brief boil and set aside.

    Rinse the lamb chops and pat dry. Pour the marinade into a shallow dish and place the chops in it. Marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

    Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chops, turning occasionally, for about 6 minutes. Brush with the remaining sauce during cooking. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
