Ingredients
- 150 ml white wine
- 1 onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel the garlic and onion, finely chop everything. Add to a pot and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer another 3-5 minutes, then blend until smooth.

Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste.
