Ingredients
- 1 handful mixed herbs (e.g., thyme, basil, oregano)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 75 g sesame paste (tahini)
- 60 ml cold vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- white pepper

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck leaves, then finely chop. Peel the garlic and press into the sesame paste. Stir in the vegetable broth tablespoon by tablespoon. Mix in the lemon juice and fold in the herbs. Season with salt and white pepper.
