Seaweed Soup

Ingredients

  • 50 g dried seaweed (from the Asian shop)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp seasoned broth

Instructions

    Soak seaweed for about 30 minutes in lukewarm water, cut into strips roughly 4 cm wide, and briefly sauté in a pot with the sesame oil.

    Add a pinch of salt and soy sauce, pour in about 1 L of water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and broth; adjust taste. Serve with rice.
