Ingredients

  • 500 g banded pasta
  • 100 g thinly sliced Bresaola (air‑dried beef ham)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g melting cheese (cream flavor)
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 0.5 bunch arugula
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Slice the Bresaola into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, add them with the cream and milk to a pot and bring to a boil; stir in the cheese and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the arugula and tear into smaller pieces. Drain the pasta and mix it with the arugula into the sauce, spoon onto preheated deep plates, and garnish with Bresaola slices before serving.
