Ingredients
- 350 g mussels (e.g., clams and Venus shells)
- 200 g squid (ready to cook)
- 200 g jumbo shrimp (or king prawns ready to cook)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 200 ml white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g linguine
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Wash, clean mussels thoroughly and discard any that are not open. Rinse and pat dry squid and shrimp. Slice the squid into strips. Peel and finely chop garlic and shallots. Sauté both in hot oil briefly. Add tomatoes and cook for a moment. Deglaze with wine and let simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Add seafood to sauce, cover and cook over low heat for about 6 minutes until mussels open. Cook pasta in salted water al dente. Drain and toss while still slightly wet with parsley into the seafood.
