Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 16 shrimps (prepped for cooking)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 limes (halved)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Red Onion

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water, then let drain.

Season shrimps with salt and pepper, sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil for about 3 minutes, add crushed garlic, stir briefly, remove and keep warm.

Peel the onion, halve lengthwise, then slice into very thin half-rings.

Combine lime juice with salt and pepper, fold in onion rings and lime wedges, mix with spaghetti, top with shrimps, garnish with tarragon leaves.
