Seafood Frittata

Ingredients
- 250 g mixed frozen seafood (frozen)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 Eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped marjoram
- pink peppercorns for garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with both top and bottom heating.

Thaw the seafood, rinse it, and drain well. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté them in hot oil until translucent. Add the seafood and cook briefly. Whisk the eggs with the cream and turmeric, seasoning with salt and pepper. Wash, dry, and tear the arugula into small pieces, then mix it with the marjoram into the egg mixture. Pour over the seafood and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until set.

Serve divided into portions, garnished with pink peppercorns.
