Ingredients
- 4 sea trout fillets (about 180 g each)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 400 g Carrots
- 300 g kohlrabi
- 200 g celery stalks
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Instructions

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice.

Rinse the Romertopf (clay pot).

Clean and wash the vegetables; peel if necessary.

Slice carrots and kohlrabi into thin sticks, cut celery and spring onions into thin slices or rings.

Sauté the vegetables in butter, season with salt and pepper, add vegetable broth, stir in parsley, mix well, and place in the Romertopf. Arrange the fish fillets on top, cover with the lid, and put the pot in a cold oven. Bake at 220°C for about 35 minutes.
