- 600 g salmon fillet (ready to cook)
- 2 limes
- 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 4 tbsp sesame oil

Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Cut into 3 cm cubes. Juice one lime, quarter the other and set aside. Drizzle the salmon with teriyaki sauce, lime juice, and 2 tbsp oil; cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill.

Remove the salmon from the marinade, thread the cubes onto wooden skewers, and place them on the grill (use a grill pan if desired). Grill for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Arrange two skewers per plate and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve each with a lime slice.
