Scrambled Eggs with Ham

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 20 g Sour cream (1 tbsp)
- 100 g cooked ham (sliced)
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 120 g bread (4 slices)
Instructions

Whisk the eggs with sour cream. Slice the ham into thin strips. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.

Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the ham strips over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Add the eggs and stir, cooking for 5–7 minutes until set. Season with salt and pepper and divide among four bowls.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with bread.
