- 400 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 500 g flour
- 40 g yeast
- 0.25 l lukewarm milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl mix flour with salt, create a well in the center. Crumble yeast into it, stir with half of the milk, cover with a bit of flour and let rise covered for 15 minutes.

Melt butter in remaining milk. Combine pre‑baked dough with remaining ingredients, knead into a dough and let rise covered for 1 hour. Roll dough on a floured board to the size of the baking sheet, lift onto the tray, shape an edge and let rest covered for 30 minutes.

For the crumble mix flour with sugar and melted butter, halve it. Mix cocoa powder into half. Rub crumble with hands into crumbs, spread over dough. Bake cake at 200°C for about 25‑30 minutes.
