Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 artichoke hearts (from jar)
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 400 g scallop meat (with corail)

Instructions

    Cut the artichoke hearts into strips and briefly sauté with the pressed garlic in 1 tbsp hot oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, then stir in parsley. Keep warm over low heat in the pan.

    Heat remaining oil in a second pan and cook the scallops for 2–3 minutes on each side, frequently shaking the pan. Combine the artichoke strips with the scallops and serve immediately.
