Ingredients
- 600 g small chanterelles (or button mushrooms)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Clean the mushrooms, trim stems and slice into rounds.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat; quickly brown the mushrooms. Add garlic, stir in lemon juice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in parsley and lemon zest.
