Ingredients

  • 600 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 4 fresh bay leaves
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the tomatoes with their stems and pat them dry.

  2. 2.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Press the garlic with the back of a knife and add it along with the bay leaves. Add the tomatoes and simmer, turning occasionally, for 3–4 minutes until the skins begin to blister.

    Season with sea salt and serve immediately.
