Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1400 g sauerkraut (canned)
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 8 poultry sausages (boiled)

    Peel the pineapple thoroughly, quarter it lengthwise, cut off the core, and dice into small cubes. Chop the sauerkraut finely.

    Sauté the sauerkraut in oil over low heat while stirring, add the pineapple, pour in 200 ml water, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Place the sausages on top of the kraut and let them steam for 5 minutes. Plate the pineapple kraut with sausages on a dish.
