Ingredients
- 600 g mild sauerkraut (canned)
- 1 apple (Granny Smith)
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 100 g red cabbage
- 50 g peanut kernels
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Drain the sauerkraut in a sieve. Wash, core, and dice the apple; mix with the sauerkraut.

Wash the coriander, shake dry, and pluck leaves from stems. Trim the red cabbage and shred into fine strips. Combine with peanuts and curry, then stir into the sauerkraut.

Squeeze the lime. Mix lime juice, peanut oil, and coriander seeds with the sauerkraut. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
