  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fine flour
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 300 g sour cream (or crème fraîche)
  • 150 g Gudbrandsdalen (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Heat the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour to make a smooth roux.

    Gradually stir in the broth, then add the crème fraîche, and finally fold in the thinly sliced Gudbrandsdalen.
