- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fine flour
- 250 ml meat broth
- 300 g sour cream (or crème fraîche)
- 150 g Gudbrandsdalen (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Heat the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour to make a smooth roux.

Gradually stir in the broth, then add the crème fraîche, and finally fold in the thinly sliced Gudbrandsdalen.
