Ingredients
- 1 kg sardines (pre‑cooked; boneless and headless)
- 1 bunch parsley (20 g)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves (20 g)
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp piment powder
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Organic lemon
- 30 g black olives
Instructions

Wash the sardines inside and out, then open them so they lie flat with the open side up.

Wash parsley and coriander leaves, shake dry and finely chop. Peel garlic and mince. Squeeze juice from the lemon. Smash garlic with cumin and piment powder in a mortar. Mix parsley, coriander, lemon juice and 6 tbsp olive oil together.
