Ingredients
- 4 whole grain rolls
- 250 g low‑fat quark
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 200 g strawberries
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn juice (Reformhaus)
- Lemon balm
- agave syrup
Instructions

Wash, cut the strawberries and simmer with 3 tbsp agave syrup in a covered pot for 2–3 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the quark with the strawberry compote, sea buckthorn juice, 2 tbsp agave syrup and cream.

Slice a handful of lemon balm leaves into strips.

Cut the rolls open and fill with the quark mixture. Sprinkle with lemon balm and drizzle 1 tsp sea buckthorn juice, then place the other half on top. Serve garnished with fresh strawberries and lemon balm leaf pieces.
