Salmon Wraps with Cottage Cheese: High-protein Spoonsparrow wrap ideal for taking along.
Ingredients
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 bunch radishes
- 100 g Field salad
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 200 g cottage cheese
Instructions

Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Wash the radishes, clean them, and shred or slice them thinly.

Wash the salad and shake it dry. Cut the salmon into strips. Toast the wraps in a non-stick pan for about 30 seconds per side without fat.

Then spread each wrap with 2 tbsp of cottage cheese and top one half with some salmon, onions, salad, and radishes. Fold in from the bottom and roll up.
