Ingredients
- 600 g fresh salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 cucumber
- chives stems
- Thai basil

Let the fish fillets chill briefly, then slice thinly with a sharp knife and arrange decoratively on a plate, lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.

Whisk oil and lime juice together and drizzle over the salmon. Sprinkle sesame seeds and lime zest on top.

Wash cucumber, slice into thin ribbons, and arrange around the salmon. Cut chives into longer pieces and small rolls, then distribute with basil leaves over the fish.
