Ingredients
- 400 g wild salmon fillet (4 fillets)
- 1 salad cucumber
- 1 Shallot
- 20 g horseradish (1 piece)
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- 65 g crème fraîche
- 50 ml white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry. Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds, and dice finely.

Peel the shallot and slice into strips. Peel the horseradish and grate.

Heat butter in a pan. Sear the salmon fillets on both sides over high heat for 1 minute each side, then remove from the pan.

Add cucumber and shallot to the pan and sauté over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add crème fraîche, white wine, and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.

Return the salmon fillets to the pan, cover, and cook on low heat for about 3 more minutes until done.
