Ingredients
- 750 g wild salmon fillet
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 bunch chives
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 g heavy cream
- 100 g Sour cream
- salt (pepper)
- 250 g green pasta

Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into equal pieces. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat cream and white wine in a pot and steam the salmon pieces over low heat uncovered for 6 minutes.

Clean the mushrooms and slice thinly. Remove the salmon from the pot, keep warm, and add the mushrooms to the broth. Reduce together with sour cream into a silky sauce.

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water, drain, let stand, and plate with the salmon. Wash the chives, pat dry, cut into ribbons, and sprinkle over the salmon.
