Salmon in Filo Pastry

Ingredients

  • 400 g filo dough
  • 200 g Salmon fillet
  • lime juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 160°C fan.

    Lay two sheets of filo on top of each other and cut into about 14x10 cm rectangles. Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into 10-12 cm long pieces. Season with lime juice, salt and lemon juice and place on the pastry squares. Wrap them up and brush the edges with water. Press firmly and also brush the ends with water to seal. Brush all around with olive oil and place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning several times during cooking.
