  • 4 salmon fillets (150 g each)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp seasoning paste (mayonnaise-mustard seasoning paste)
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (150 g each)
  • 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 4 tbsp seasoning paste (mayonnaise-mustard seasoning paste)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • a pinch sugar
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions

    Gently wash the salmon fillets, pat dry, halve them and drizzle with lemon juice. Then season with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and brush all sides with the seasoning paste.

    Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the potatoes; lightly salt them. Toss the fish pieces in the grated potatoes and press the mixture firmly together. Heat oil in a pan and fry the salmon pieces 5 minutes per side until golden brown, turning carefully.
