- 4 salmon steaks (ready to cook, 180 g each)
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- dill (for seasoning)
- 4 lemon slices (for garnish)

Wash the salmon, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Wash and prepare the vegetables: slice the zucchini, cut the bell peppers into strips, dice the eggplant into bite-sized pieces. Peel and crush the garlic, mix with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and marinate the vegetables in this mixture.

Place the salmon and vegetables on a hot grill or in a heated grill pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve arranged in bowls, garnished with dill and lemon slices.
