Ingredients
- 6 stalks celery
- 250 g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp light sesame seeds
- 600 g salmon fillet (ready to cook, skinless)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- sweet soy sauce

Wash and trim the celery; cut each stalk lengthwise into quarters and then into 7 cm pieces. Rinse, wash, trim, and dry spin the spinach. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic with ginger briefly. Add celery and spinach, stir for a moment, then deglaze with broth. Pour in vinegar, add chili flakes and sesame; simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
