Salmon Fillet with Lemon

The salmon fillet with lemon is quick to make and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 600 g Salmon fillet (4 Salmon fillets)
  • 2 Organic lemons
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 80 g sour cream (4 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp red pepper

Instructions

    Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry. Wash lemons, pat dry, halve them, squeeze 1 tbsp juice from one half. Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Season fillets with salt and pepper and cook in the pan on both sides over medium heat for about 4–6 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

    Sauté lemon halves in the same pan over high heat until the underside is browned. Plate salmon fillets with sautéed lemons, sour cream, and red pepper on four plates.
