Ingredients

  • 400 g very fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 3 sprigs dill
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Rinse salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry and slice into very thin pieces. Arrange decoratively on 4 plates.

    Wash and trim spring onions, cut into rings.

  3. 3.

    Wash dill, shake dry and chop. Mix with lemon juice, olive oil, and spring onion rings; season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the spring onion mixture over the salmon slices.
