Ingredients
- 250 g gravlax salmon
- 1 EL freshly chopped dill
- 2 EL grape seed oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- 1 cucumber salad
- Salz
- 2 EL white wine vinegar
- 3 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon zest

Peel the onion and dice finely.

Rinse the salmon, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Mix with dill, onion, grape seed oil and lemon juice, season with pepper and form small balls.

Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise and slice very thinly. Sprinkle with salt, let sit 20 minutes, then pat dry. Combine vinegar with 3 EL oil, salt, pepper and mix with cucumber slices.

Serve in bowls, arrange the salmon balls on top and sprinkle with lemon zest. Optionally serve with toast strips.
