  • 10 hard‑boiled eggs
  • Remoulade
  • Horseradish
  • Salmon cream
  • mayonnaise
  • Smoked trout fillet

  • Crab
  • Tomatoes (sliced into strips)

Instructions

    Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork.

    Season the yolk mixture to taste and pipe it back into the egg whites using a pastry bag.
