- 10 hard‑boiled eggs
- Remoulade
- Horseradish
- Salmon cream
- mayonnaise
- Smoked trout fillet

- Keta caviar
- Crab
- Tomatoes (sliced into strips)

Instructions

Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork.

Season the yolk mixture to taste and pipe it back into the egg whites using a pastry bag.
