Ingredients
- 800 g cheese‑filled tortellini (refrigerated section)
- Salt
- 1 handful basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp shelled almonds
- a splash lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Pepper
- 80 g salami
Instructions

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions, rinse with cold water and drain.

Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Blend the peeled garlic, almonds, lemon juice, olive oil, and a little water until smooth. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Dice the salami into small cubes, mix with the remaining salad ingredients and serve.
