Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce (ca. 150 g)
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 5 kiwis
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g smoked turkey breast fillet (whole piece)
Instructions

Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Drain the sheep cheese and cube it. Trim the ends of the kiwis, peel with a vegetable peeler, set one aside, halve the rest lengthwise and cut into wedges.

Cut the remaining kiwi small, squeeze lime juice, combine both with vinegar and oil, whisk to make dressing, season with salt and pepper.

Divide turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Arrange lettuce in bowls, distribute turkey, add kiwis and sheep cheese on top. Drizzle dressing and serve.
