Salad with shrimp and tuna will definitely convince fish fans – try the simple recipe by Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
- 200 g cocktail shrimp
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean and dice into small cubes. Drain the tuna and shrimp well. Break up the tuna and add it with the shrimp and bell peppers to a bowl. Drizzle 1 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil over the mixture and combine.

Mix the cottage cheese with horseradish and the remaining lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Spoon into small bowls, spread the shrimp and tuna salad on top, and serve.

Serve with chips and fruit if desired.
